EGSA Annual Meeting Announcement
Monday, November 17, 2014 – K of C (Washington Rd. Enfield)
The EGSA will hold our annual meeting on Monday, November 17, 2014 at the K of C on Washington Road in Enfield.
This meeting is open to the public and we encourage anyone who is involved with the EGSA to come to the meeting and give the Board feedback and suggestions. All of your suggestions and comments are welcome and we look forward to hearing from our league participants.
Below is the Agenda for the meeting:
6:45 PM – Call to Order (Eric Pease)
6:46 PM – Introduction of Board Members to attendees (All Board Members)
6:50 PM – Introduction of attendees (Eric – facilitated)
7:00 PM – State of the organization (Eric)
7:15 PM – Financial status (Laurie Morin)
7:30 PM – Review of 2014 Spring & Fall Seasons (Jason Bradley)
7:45 PM – League goals for 2015 (Jason Bradley with Division Coordinators)
8:00 PM – Elections
* Current Board member nominations and Re-elections
* Attendee nominations and elections
* Board role assignments
8:30 PM – Open discussion (In order of seating arrangement)
9:00 PM – Adjourn

* If you are planning to get nominated to join the board, we must follow procedure that is outlined in the ByLaws (available on our website). It requires someone to nominate you and a second to that nomination. You CAN nominate yourself, but your CANNOT second your own nomination! At that point, all in attendance will receive a yes or no vote regarding your induction onto the board. If you receive a 3/4 vote, you will be welcomed to the board. You CANNOT specify in what capacity you would like to join the board as that decision will be made once the elections have concluded.
